1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Ruchers de l'Est, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to notify us and initiate a return or refund request.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original packaging, sealed and unopened
  • The product must show no signs of damage caused by the customer
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be provided

Returns are also accepted unconditionally if the product is defective, damaged during transport or does not match your order.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@miel.mu with your order number and reason for your request
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours
  3. If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken (except in case of manufacturing defect)
  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Custom orders (corporate gifts, special orders)
  • Beehive sponsorship programme contributions

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, according to your preference. Return shipping costs will be covered by us in this case.

6. Delivery Fees

Initial delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products, or errors on our part. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by our team.
