Which jars are accepted?
We accept all glass jars bearing the Ruchers de l'Est brand, regardless of their size or the product they contained.
Do I need to clean the jars before returning?
A simple rinse with clean water is sufficient. No need to deep clean them, we take care of that in our workshop.
How long before I receive my discount?
Your discount code is sent by email within 48 hours of receiving your jars. It is valid for 3 months.
Is there a minimum number of jars?
No, you can return even a single jar. However, for home pickup, a minimum of 3 jars is required.
